REPORTING AN ABSENCE

If you are unable to attend a Training Parade or an activity you have signed up for, send an email to: Attendance@538aircadets.com, or click the button above, as soon as possible and let us know! Include in your email: your rank and name, flight, level, date and reason for absence.

NOTES:

• Reporting an absence does not give a cadet credit for attending the event.

• Cadets must attend 60% of regular training parades in order to pass their levels and qualify for summer training and promotions.

Cadets without a “@538aircadets.com” account may have one created for them by requesting it through Comms@538aircadets.com. Please ensure in your email you clearly indicate your First Name Initial(s), Last Name, and Level.

Commencing September 1, 2019, 538 Squadron shall utilize TeamApp to aid in communicating our schedule, simplify sign ups, and to introduce wait listing for activities with limited space availability.
